Return Policy

Unopened bottles may be returned for a full refund for your cost of the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please get prior authorization before returning product by contacting our customer service manager, Kim Linder, at drtheo@spexpress.com or 1-520-512-5030.

Dietary Supplements: Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return any Dr. Theo’s item shipped by us for a full credit or refund under any of the following circumstances:

  • An incorrect item was shipped
  • Item was received damaged or defective
  • Item is in new condition with original packaging and accessories

If the return is the result of our error, we’ll also provide free return shipping. We’re sorry, but we cannot accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the credit or refund. Once your return has been received, we will issue a credit or refund within 30 days. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to notify you of the credit, if you have an e-mail address.

Exchange Policy

Dietary Supplements: Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may exchange any Dr. Theo’s item shipped by us for credit towards the purchase of another product under any of the following circumstances:

  • An incorrect item was shipped
  • Item was received damaged or defective

Shipping Policy

When a product is in stock, it will be shipped within one business day of receiving the order.

If you order an item that is not in stock, your credit card will not be charged until the product actually ships.

When paying by credit card, the shipping address you specify for your order must match the billing address for that credit card.

Most orders are sent by U.S. Postal Service with delivery confirmation, unless UPS is specified as shipping preference.

Larger orders (5 bottles or more) are often sent by UPS, a service that provides tracking numbers for all shipments. UPS orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, so be sure to use a real, physical address when placing orders over 2 lbs. (usually 5 bottles or more).

Domestic shipping costs:
Are actual shipping and handling costs to your area.

International shipping costs:
We charge the actual shipping cost the International carriers charge with no surcharges. Rates vary significantly, depending upon country and weight/size of the order. We are not responsible for any import tariffs, fees or taxes imposed by the foreign country.

Free Shipping:
Free standard shipping (USPS) is offered on domestic orders of 12 bottles of a single product. When 12 or more bottles of one product are added to your cart, you will receive free standard shipping.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We dislike our information being distributed as much as you do, so information we collect is not sold to any third party.

We may however use your contact information to notify you about new products, new developments, product promotions and rare product issues such as recalls or safety concerns.
